Instagram is trying so hard and so fast to become TikTok and makes so many changes that lets some users confused about many things, like how to hide the like counts on their own Reels.
Reels are nothing more than just short vertical videos that Instagram copied from TikTok. And it’s fine, except some options and UI features are a mess so far.
Instagram’s new Favourites feed is a nice way to stay up to date with your friends and favorite users activity. But for that, you have to maintain a list of Favourites.
Basically, all you need to do is add people to your Favourites, witch is not very different from following someone on Facebook.
Now that Instagram offers more than just one newsfeed, you need to learn to quickly switch between your favorite feeds.
Instagram now has three feeds. Besides the one generated by the algorithm, there is now a chronological feed and a favourites feed.
After mounts of testing, in which only verified account could use it, the link option for Stories is finally officially launched and can be used by anyone on Instagram.
By putting links in your stories, you can bring some more traffic to your website, if you have a large enough followers base.
As with other Story feature, you will find the new link option on the stickers tab. Just select the Link sticker, paste a link, and place it somewhere on your story.

It finally happened! You can now post on Instagram from a PC without any tricks.
If you open Instagram on your web browser and see a + sign on the top right corner, it means you can finally post on Instagram from a PC.
After you click the + sign, you just need to select the photos, and do what you usually do when you post from your phone: choose a format, some filters if you wish, maybe add a location and write a description.
The whole process is pretty similar with that on mobile. Doesn’t seem to be anything missing.
