The full technical specifications of the Galaxy S20 series appeared on the internet several weeks before the official presentation.
First of all, it has become a certainty that Samsung will name its new flagship Galaxy S20, not the Galaxy S11, as expected. Secondly, it is confirmed that there will be three models in this series: Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 + and Galaxy S20 Ultra.
All three will have an AMOLED screen with 120Hz and 3200 x 1440 pixel resolution. It will vary the size of the screens, chapter that impresses the Ultra model, which will have a 6.9-inch screen.
The Ultra will also be the hardest model, weighing no less than 221 grams. The smallest and lightest version will be S20, which will weigh 164 grams.
All three versions will have 5G, will be based on the Exynos 990 chipset, built on 7nm and will have 128 GB of storage space. The Ultra version will also have a 512 GB version.
The S20 and S20 + will have the same photo system (12MP + 64MP + 12 MP), unlike the S20 +, as well as the S20 Utra, also comes with a ToF sensor. The Ultra model will use a photo system featuring the new 108MP camera, facilitating an impressive 10X optical zoom.
The three phones will come with Android 10 pre-installed and will be IP68 certified, but will have batteries with different capacities: 4000mAH (S20), 4500mAH (S20 +) and 5000mAH (S20 Ultra).
Samsung will launch its new flagship series on February 11, as part of an event that is expected to feature the company’s second foldable smartphone.
